Workshops arranged by PGR Development
The following workshops support PGRs in various stages of career preparation covering: an introduction to the essential skills in career management; networking for your career; making an impact at work; advice to help make effective academic applications and practicing your interview skills. The sessions are given by two external consultants who have a wide experience in delivering events for personal and career development.
The workshops supplement our provision for the online Career Development Portfolio, but are open to all PhD students at Liverpool.

Use the above links to book your place. All workshops will take place in 126 Mount Pleasant. However, places are restricted to 15 per workshop. Please, only book a place if you are sure that you can attend on that date.
You may also want to consider our next Career Development Networking Event, which takes place on the 19th November, pm on campus. The event is aimed at those on the Career Development Portfolio, but is open to all PGRs at Liverpool.
